My LoL launcher isn't loading up!

So I wanted to play league one day, and all of a sudden as I try to load up the game it just shuts down and won't let me continue. I was confused at first so I tried again and again and it wasn't working so I headed to the forums. I deleted my lol_launcher folder and that didn't work and then I disabled my firewall and that didn't work, my last hopes were turning off my antivirus. After doing all those three 'solutions' I reinstalled the game twice and it still doesn't work. I need some solutions!!
