WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN!!!! (Bug Splat)

Ive been getting bug splat every 5 to 6 games by now,and i dont really know what do to. Ive been searching for a fix on this Bug splat but nothing really helped me.Can anyone of you please help me with this problem?

Where do you get the bug splat error? Like pregame or in-game?

When champion select ends and the game needs to start,the screen is going black like it`s supposed to do,but just after that the screen goes back to normal and bug splat is appearing.
