The NA store, please fix

Riot please fix the constant problem with a black screen, and commando galio looking in your soul for an answer when there is a patch. I can never buy skins anymore because the store is constantly messing up. Please please please fix soon riot. I am always upset when a patch comes out because I never can get a good deal on a skin.
