Quinn Ult/Yorick Ult bug

Was just playing a match and after using Quinn's ultimate and becoming Valor I died, but was also ulted by Yorick so I came back to life, still as Valor. After dying to the enemy and enemy towers, I respawned but was still Valor. This left a few of my abilities a little bugged too.

• Harrier (Passive) - Was still tagging enemies. Was still able to hit them and do the bonus damage. Could hear the crossbow firing.
• Blinding Assault (Q) - Same range and animation as Valor's.
• Heightened Senses (W) - Same as normal.
• Vault (E) - More like Valor's vault, I didn't bounce off as far as Quinn would, but Quinn's passive was tagging them upon contact.
• Tag Team (R) - I didn't seem to have the move speed bonus, in or out of combat. I died once after the bug began, it triggered Skystrike, but I still respawned as Valor.
