If Twisted Fate uses W on a tower with 100 Stacks on Statikk Shiv it will Prog but the damage only affects minions nearby, also 100 Stacks will be remained.

Wouldn't be surprised if they disabled twisted fate until the bug was fixed since he gets slightly better waveclear, but when Yasuo gets bonus burst damage on a bug he isn't disabled
