My Game Isn't Loading After Picking My Champion!

After picking my champion on league it leads you to a window where everyone waits as their game loads up for the match, but when i get to that part it takes a minute to open the window and see all the champions loading, but after that it usually says that i disconnected and to check my internet. I check out everything and it's fine, so I retry, same thing happens. The reason I hate this so much is because of the fact that I get Leaverbuster for not being able to connect!
