[GAMEPLAY] HUD and Settings in-game glitch

I've experienced this for my last 4 games so I think it might be common. The glitched makes all HUD items UN-selectable, it also makes spells not work if quick cast is off. The steps that occurred previous to the problem are: Started game, bought items, could not select with pings, opened my settings, restored to default, now I'm unable to select anything on HUD, Options screen, or cast spells. Game must be forced close with task manager to restart. Pretty much the same scenario for every game I opened settings, which sucks cause now I cant use my settings.
