4 min login times, collection tab no champions available and overview tab bugged + no skins unlocked

TLDR; Was kicked out of pregame lobby while client was glitched, and finally when i get the client to relog it mysteriously manages to FIX itself, AND I HAVE A 5 GAME LEAVER BAN FOR SOMETHING OUT OF MY CONTROL. HELP. (If i play through the leaver bans which i will, I want some compensation for wasting 1 hour and 40 minutes of my life) Previous game i got an S+ on ivern jungle, so you can't tell me that i'd intentionally leave a match after that.. https://imgur.com/a/KtPrf04

managed to play one game about 35 minutes ago as ivern.. All his visuals effects were weird.. his passive on jungle monsters kept disappearing and could only tell if the camp were ready by looking at the green dots on the map.

MAJOR DELAYS in champ select and banning phase, gets stuck on 0 seconds, can still type in chat but can't select anything.

Cant open shop keeps saying error:900, can't check my champions either as it says everything is locked when i own over 100+ champs.. Thought something was odd when i played my first game when my ivern skin was locked too before the game.

Have just tried to re install the patch and finally the yellow exclamation mark has popped up with a "warning" stopping tanked queues as we speak..

PLEASE FIX THIS RIOT BECAUSE I WILL GET A LEAVER BAN FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO SELECT A CHAMP IN SELECT..

EDIT: Just relogged, taking more than 3-4 minutes to even load the clients main screen. Collection tab is still all locked and cannot open shop, might not risk playing a game just yet..

EDIT: Trying a draft game now, if i get a leaver ban for testing this, i want to have it removed. Thanks in advance Riot.

EDIT: After one game. Under Profile>overview tab nothing is there no mastery scores nothing.. Still can't load shop and have nothing in collection etc..

It has been 30 minutes now, tried to play another game and the countdown was stuck at 0 and glitched out could hear ivern in champ select but nothing happened... trying to relog now and taking 5 minutes +. I believe i may get a leaver ban because of 2 leaver games now but they aren't my fault its your 8.20 patch ruining the game, just leave the game alone and stop changing so many things all the time!

Another update 4:13pm. Client will not even log in now has been 10 minutes logging in with no error screen just the blue circle spinning round and round.... now "An unexpected error has occurred while logging in" in red text has come up.. we need a fix ASAP.

4:23pm; OK I JUST GOT THE CLIENT TO RELOG NOW I HAVE A LEAVER BAN AND WANT IT REMOVED AS I DID NOTHING TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!! YOU CAN CHECK MY MATCH HISTORY AND CAN CLEARLY SEE THE LEAVER GAME ITS THE FIRST ONE. RIOT I NEED A REPLY!
