Ban in Draft

I connected to the game client and matchmade for a draft. Everything was fine until the ban phase where the screen goes red and impossible to click anywhere or to ban a champion. The game has been locked for at least 10 minutes before I decided to exit the client. However I did get the warning for leaving.
