Fizz invulnerable to Veigar's E. [GAMEPLAY]

I didn't get a chance to record this, as I don't have any recording software.

I see the enemy team pick Fizz - I pick Veigar, as I do against any AP mage/assassins.

We're both level 5, and he goes in on me. I put down my stun wall in front of him, expecting him to be stunned when the dash ends - but no. He jumps right through the stun after moving through the stun - he doesnt jump over the wall, he dashes through the side then jumps in the center of it.

Have Veigar cast E
Have Fizz dash at Veigar, through the stun
Have Fizz jump at the end of his dash

This happened about 9/10 times that the Fizz dashed at me.

Are you referring to his Q or his E? If it's his Q, then yeah, that's a very severe bug that Riot will probably not fix because #LC$BigPlays

If it's his E, it's unfortunately working as intended, as much as it pisses absolutely everybody but the Fizz players off. He's technically invulnerable during his E, so he'll behave like Vlad's W, except way better because no 20% current health damage and way shorter cooldown and better damage and all that good shit that makes Fizz a TOTALLY REASONABLY DESIGNED CHAMPS WITH UNDERSTANDABLE DRAWBACKS.

His Q is the dash, that does not give him immunity correct? I am saying he can use the dash that applies his DoT and then avoid the stun by jumping once going past the wall. (The targeted ability hits, then he jumps once past the wall, and doesnt get stunned.)
