Jungle item bug on blitzcrank?

I was playing blitzcrank ranked and I had a sheen in my inventory and the jungle items came up as buyable when I clicked on the sheen, so I thought it was a visual bug and tried to buy it. The shop took my money and my sheen but didnt give me anything back. Minor bug or just a one off thing? Either way im sad :( please fix? i dunno. hate bugs.

Edit: I didn't have smite. Thats why I thought it was a visual bug at first.
