Frozen Game

So recently whilst I was playing League I noticed a bug that may have resulted from an update that windows 10 applied. Basically when you first get into a match my computer would always freeze and thus force me to force shut down my computer. I wouldn't really mind if I could have just reported it with a bug splat, but the problem was I was not given such an opportunity and was also punished with an afk warning. Would love to see this issue at least brought to light as this is kind of ruining the game, for me at least.
