Login issue

I'm not able to properly log in. I can see the start-page of lol whenever i log in for 3 sec, then suddenly 'trying to reconnect' pops out and i can't get into the game, no matter how many times i exit and repeat. Does anybody know what i should do? its not my wifi connection and my laptop is brand-new so i doubt its my device
