Refund Bug

So I refunded Talon ( Not my style of champ but wanted to try him ) and my account , which I have killed the client many times , restarted computer etc. , Still has him as a selectable champion , but.... his icon is now of Master Yi . I did get the RP back from him and bought a skin for Warwick ( a better investment :p ) Not sure if that's an issue with ALL champs but it happened to me with him.

So in short , I refunded Talon but I can still play as him and his icon is changed to another champ's ( at least in my profile listing of him , in matchmaking i can select him but he's normal picture
