[Gameplay] Sions Ult showing green light to allies when its on CD

The title says it all. Sions ult sometimes (very often) is shown as "ready" to your allies (via the green dot on the character portrait) although it isnt. i had this happen lots of times and saw it when someone else than me played sion too.
