Black Screen During Ranked Champ Selection

I first accepted a match, but it was declined by someone else. Immediately after the prompt died, another match was found and I accepted that. However, once we entered the lobby all I had was a black screen with the sounds of champ select in the background. After I couldn't do anything but hear my time ticking away, I was forced to dodge and now have lp loss plus a queue dodge timer.
