Low prior glitch?

So, I havent logged into my account in a while, due to loads of other things taking precedence. So I go to log in today and play a game, and when I do it has me on a 10 minute wait, which isnt the issue. So I wait for ten minutes, only to find that the timer in the corner of the screen says its been 10 minutes, yet my timer is still saying I have 9 minutes left. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Because it is kind of frustrating, and I'm not certain what to do about it. As I would normally just do the same thing I would one would do if they were put on low prior for the 5 minute time, but the timer resets at the 7 minute mark, meaning that I can't even get into a game, let alone the 5 it would take to get me off of low prior.
