Gameplay, Sion and Heimerdinger's tower bug

So when I was playing Heimerdinger against Sion, Heimerdinger's ultimate's tower should be immune to all disables. However, Sion could easily push the big tower away. I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed

That's by design. It's been that way since they reworked Sion.
