Why since the new client, i can't open 2/3 games ? I've repaired the client and it still didn't connect me to the game making a remake/loss for me. 2 times out of 3 games. Is there any fix i can do to prevent it from happening again ?

I'm having probs with the new client too. About every other game I play I disconnect like endlessly. I've tried to repair client, restarted my computer, and reinstalled league and nothing has worked. This is not a problem I have before the new patch. Once I could get into a game and I uninstalled and reinstalled league. Now I can always load into games just keep disconnecting. Try reinstalling for the load in problem.
