Dont make our accounts less secure if our E-mail is verified

So the other day I learned that credit card information on your account is less secure if you have a verified e-mail. If you have a verified email and have credit card information saved on your account you are not required to type in the cvv and there is no option to require a cvv code to typed in. Meaning if someone gets access to your account they can use your credit card freely if your email is verified but if your email is not verified they would need more information to get access to your credit card. this is a huge security error and is just so backwards I cannot understand how this is something that actually exists. Needless to say I would recommend that everyone removes any credit card information saved on their account and enter it in only when you want to make a purchase. As someone who has spent over $100 on the game this security flaw is extremely displeasing.

I think this is more of a "use at your own risk" kind of situation, because you can always tell the store specifically to not save your credit card information.
