Welcome to 2018 ranked season

Im playing my second ranked placement today and all of a sudden my champion starts sliding around the screen, not responding to any inputs and sometimes responding as late as 10-12 seconds after a command.. so I back to base and try to wait it out (all the while my MS stays between 42-44) then I slide all the way to top lane making no walking animation and get attempting to reconnect. The game fast forwards a bit and then yasuo is just autoing me over and over but i am losing no health and seeing no damage numbers... game fastforwards again and I am dead. so I leave the game attempting to reconnect and re-establish a strong connection, and I get this screen. 4 times. I checked my internet speed at speedtest on google and Im at 64 down 10 up.

I played League ALL day yesterday and did not encounter this. I played startcraft all NIGHT last night and did not lag or have any connectivity issues.

This is not something I want to be experiencing on my first day of the new ranked season.
