[GAMEPLAY] Viewing Items Before Seeing Enemies (Start of Game)

A mate of mine has internet issues, so he loads into the game on his normal net, and then disconnects and swaps to his 4G dongle to keep playing. He noticed when reconnecting, he can see the enemy teams items before they have been revealed from the fog of war. Screenshots show in-game chat where he originally asked if I can see the items, then listed out to me what they had. Second screenshot shows that this is indeed what they bought.

1: Connect to the game on one connection. 2: Swap to another connection as soon as the game loads. 3: Replication seems to be dependent on a small time window right as the game loads with which to change connections.
