My runes dont show up

I just got into a draft match, I was given Jungle I chose Tryndamere and then it was banning stage. I banned teemo then went to change my runes from my previous game, when I clicked the edit button it showed the outline of the runes page but nothing else. It didn't show anything else so I could change my runes. Please fix this has happened multiple times
