LeaveBuster punishment when couldn't load into game

I have to now deal with a 3rd leave buster all because I can't load into game...This has happened regularly where on my screen everyone is fully loaded in but my game does not show so I try and rejoin and the game was already Remade....Is there anything that can be done. I don't think I deserve 20 minute low priority ques for something I had no control over.
