Match won't launch after champ select [CLIENT]

After the latest patch was applied, I haven't been able to launch a match. Right after champ select is finished the client just sits there with a reconnect option open. I have tried restarting the client and running as admin, but the issue persists.

update: doing a full repair I'll try again once it finishes.
