Tahm kench ulti bug

Unable to get Replay as didn't save on op.gg. used it to get out of a sticky situation in river had enemy team following and i ulted out with teammate yasuo during ult heard a condemn go off but didn't stop ult in time got out safe then any ult i used after that point would not go through if any teammate tried to go through it cancelled my ult and made it look like i devoured teammate and put devoured on cooldown if i tried to use ult on my own would just cancel it and put it on a 10 second cooldown
