Rammus interaction with objects cancel Q

Hi Guys, I have played Rammus for a long time, and is a very funny champion. The fact is, since the rework of Rammus, i note that using certain items cancels the Q and be interrupted. Im worried about that, but i think "oh they did it as a nerf, i think" but this only happens with a few items, and the others no.

For example: Rammus with Youumu , using youumu at same time of Q, dont cancel it.

Rammus using righteous glory , dont cancel it.

But... Rammus using certain objects for example , yes, the Q is being interrupted. And it´s very annoying, because if i play Rammus as sup with that item, im fucked.

I dont know if it´s a bug, and only with the talismam.

I hope some of Riot see this, and i hope that fixed it soon.
