[Client] Mastery pages with the ":" character in them can't be moved around on the mastery list

Hi, found this:

Version tested: current Last working on: no info **Reproduction rate: **100%

Preconditions: Have some mastery pages prepared (at least two).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new mastery page and spend all 30 points.
2. Use the ":" character in the name. It has to be next to a character other than space (eg. mastery: page)
3. Save it.
4. Try to move it up or down on the mastery list.

Expected result: The mastery can be moved.

Actual result: Not possible to move the mastery.

**Note: ** Renaming it and removing the ":" character fixes the issue for tested page.
