Didn't get points for my ranked game

Last night with everything going on, I finished a ranked game that would have promoted me to Gold 3, but I never got the points for it. I logged off, thinking it would simply take time, but when I logged on today, I still didn't have the points for it. I played a game and won, and got promoted to Gold 3, but I still don't have the points from last night. Luckily for me, I was smart enough to screencap last night the client not showing the game but the website match history was. Still no points for it though.
