Kai'sa UI bug [Gameplay]

Not that big of a deal and maybe already reported but when Kai'sa is able to upgrade one of her abilities when you just mouse over the spell and not click it the text flickers really bad like it is interfering with what is underneath it. Like i said not a big deal but it is there.
