Game keeps on crashing/bug splat

So is anyone else not being able to play a game since each time you lock in champ select and it switches to the loading screen but never comes up and the bug splat pop up appears and says the game crashes? i even updated my client after i tried several times and that didn't help one bit. any suggestions?
