Selecting Skins in Champ Select, old and new is bugged.

So I recently purchased a skin and chroma pack. The chroma pack sometimes doesn't let me select it in draft pick, where the skin didnt allow me to pick it in a normal. The chroma pack is lee sin and the skin is debonair ezreal. Not sure if skin/champ specific. Very annoying.
