League Client

Hey everyone, I don't know if everyone is having this issue currently but when I log into LoL it goes quite unresponsive for some time. I was like oh quite possibly just a glitch with my client so I decided that I dislike the repair client option, to completely uninstall and reinstall the client. It took around 10-15 minutes to do so which was fine, but when I logged right back on it was unresponsive again. It might only be me but I don't know if internet speeds matter but I have 150mb/s download which is fairly good. My computer loads everything quite well and stuff so I believe my only option is to believe it is a client issue. If anyone else is having this or was having it and found a fix please let me know.
