My 20 Euro Prepaid card is scratched I cant read the last numbers I wrote the riot support on instagram and twitter but no answer.

Be patient and write to Player Support via email system: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Attach immediately a clear picture of the back of the card. Do not give details here.
