[Client] PBE Updating Bug?

Not really sure what's going on here... I just tried opening the PBE client to update to the new patch and this pops up.
Thoughts?

The Arcade's grand opening has been delayed while we triage an issue with the patcher... not patching. The PBE will be down for maintenance for 3-4 more hours.
