I bought 5 dollars worth of rp and it charged the bank account but didnt give me the rp and it said rp purchases unavailable during maintnence but it still allowed me to buy it and it just took my money you can check my account transactions riot.
I'm curious why you would felt the need to post this on an open forum instead of contacting Support. I mean I could understand if they denied or failed to respond to your request. But you are broadcasting a minor inconvenience that should be easily resolved over the Internet, for what purpose exactly?

you should contact support as well so they can refund you at least just noticed they are working on the problem though. I'm so sorry that sucks. they are having a lot of bugs right now
