Client freezing during Champ Select

Riot - this has happened twice tonight. Once during the actual champ selection process and once as the game was loading after hitting the "Ready" button. In both cases it treated it like i left the queue, lost RP, and got the deserter wait time (now being at 30 minutes). Please fix this as it is a complete waste of time and should be a simple function of the client.
