Cusor breaks when using quick cast with indicators

Doesnt matter the champ, the cursor has about a 30% to get stuck with the indicator as the cursor, stopping all abilities from working until you left click and target something. Its been like this for over 2 weeks and its severe disadvantage. Its been posted several times but doesnt get any attention, can we get any sort of acknowledgement that this is at least being looked at or is it gonna turn into another 2+ year broken feature like death recap?

Happens with all abilities, targeted summoner spells, and actives. Has something to do with holding a button down too long when you press the button a second time after casting an ability, always happens if you hold the button down during the full cast time.
