Bug: Can't start games

After my router glitched, and I was disconnected half a second before a kill, I got a penalty for afk (5 minutes). That was a bit unpleasant since I never leave games and disconnections rarely happen, but ok.

After waiting the 5 minutes (low priority queue) I stood 3 minutes in the queue and realized the game won't start. I knew this because it happened before. I tried to re-enter the queue, waited another 5 minutes, and then sit in the queue for 15 more minutes, to take a screenshot that proves the queue isn't working.
