Health bar issue

Ever since I installed patch 5.10 my health bar animation is not inside its respective box. No matter what game mode I am in, or if I'm playing bots or pvp it appears like that as soon as I load in.

1. Login to client
2. Select any game mode
3. Health bar appears between its respective box and summoner name
