New runes are acting up

When I go into the champion select screen and try to edit my page, the page wont show and the client screen doesn't work, I think its because the game registers that I have clicked the edit and takes me to the screen but the rune page is blank and wont let me do anything about it, and all I hear is the music in the background and the timer counting down.
