[Gameplay] Sion Joke/Taunt/Laugh VO randomly stops working

When playing Sion, you're able to use his joke/taunt/laugh a few times at start. Then suddenly, they will quit playing, but the animation continues through. His VO's he says when he moves, attacks, etc. still play, but his jokes won't play. I have asked others to confirm this just to make sure it wasn't me and they have had the issue too.
