[GAMEPLAY] [MINOR / QoL] Scoreboard tooltips disappear when a unit passes under cursor

When reading tooltips for items or abilities on the scoreboard, the tooltip (description box) will disappear if a unit, friend or foe, passes under the location of your cursor. This is very minor but can be very annoying at times, especially when one does not know the cause of the issue.

Reproduction:

1. Hover over an item or ability, as if to read its description.
2. Position camera/scoreboard so that a wave of minions will pass under the scoreboard where your cursor is.

The tooltip will disappear when a minion passes under your cursor. This will happen every time, without fail.
