Customize shop(Please help me)I lost 540 rp

Guys,today I lost 540 RP.I saw a really nice skin in the customize shop and I bought it with 540 RP.I exit the game and when i entered again,i saw that i don't hav3 the skin,neither 540 RP.What can I do?Please help me

Send a ticket to the support, they'll be able to help you. Just out of curiosity, does the transaction appear in the purchase history of your account?
