Picture of Champ Blocks me from choosing champ

So just now, I was first in champ select, ranked. So while choosing my runes because all of them have been deleted in select while other team is banning, I scroll over veigar's picture. This causes veigar's bigger picture to appear on the right side of the screen. I didn't think much of this until I was trying to get out of rune selection to pick my champ. Instead, Veigar's big picture blocks me from clicking the X button to get off rune select and from choosing a champ. Now, I have to wait the penalty to get back on to que. Please fix this, especially since all runes have been taken out. I didn't know how to contact riot in a more direct way so I just tried this. Thank you for reading this long description.
