First noticed this in an aram. Looks like Galios passive magic shield from his W disappears when it tries to refresh itself and reappears if triggered again just flipping back and forth between there and not there when attempting to refresh itself. Doesn't seem to just be a visual bug either as seen Swains decay still does damage. The runes i was using are as follows

Aftershock - Manflowband Unflinching - Transcendence Conditioning Revitalize As well as using the gatekeeper Galio skin.

Hopefully this helps out. Best of luck. [galio-happy]

I get this bug too. Wanted to add a part since there's a specific pattern to it you didn't mention. The shield disappears if and only if your shield refreshes and you still have shield left.

So if you have no shield left and the shield refreshes, great, you get the shield. If you have shield left when the shield refreshes, then you lose your shield until you take damage and it refreshes again.

Definitely not just a visual bug.

For runes I have: Aftershock - Triumph Demolish - Legend: Tenacity Conditioning Second Wind

Right now it makes it really hard to duel with Galio since if his shield isn't completely broken, you lose it. Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

all shield buffs animation seems to be removed when another is added on top of it. Ones i've seen so far are galio, naut and jarman so far.

Hi guys,

I've got the same bug. This is really annoying and weakens him so hard... The pattern was exactly the same: disappeared if refreshed while not destroyed, no shield at respawn. It was in ARAM; here are my runes:

  • Arcane comet
  • Manaflow band
  • Transcendence
  • Gathering storm
  • Domination
  • Ravenous hunter
  • Eyeball collection

Let's hope they will sort this out soon.
