My skin shards disappeared

Hello , i had 3 skin shards on the 17/07/19 but when i logged in the next day i found out that they're gone and my orange essence increased?? i would like to know if my account has been hacked or logged in the time i was disconnected please it will be much apprecicated if i can get those skin shards back ? Thank you.
