[GAMEPLAY]Janna bird animation at game start

I'm not 100% this is actually a bug and not an intended feature but I noticed that Janna now starts the game with her bird (also cloud as I just got Forecaster Janna) rather than it spawning when she learns W. I tried this several times and it happened on spawn every game with classic Janna and Forecast Janna.
