client/game disconnect

client keeps disconnecting after load screen, can be 30 sec after game loads or up to 20 min. has happened in multiple games where i was just notified i will not be receiving loot due to afk/leaving. only way to connect back into game was to restart pc and go through the log in loop again and play until you lose connection.
