PROJECT: Jhin bug.

I've recently encouter a bug where the red particles on PROJECT: Jhin's face are absent. I suppose that's not the way the skin was made. I have no idea how the bug was triggered but i hope this helps.

I appreciate the report! Please use the PBE boards to report issues occurring on PBE - it better helps us keep track of where issues are occurring. :) You can also drop bugs (and feedback) in a skin's feedback thread!
